Formed in Cologne (Germany) in 2018, Scott Evil blends shoegaze and emo into their interpretation of new rock-music. After several EPs such as 'thisisscottevil' (2020), 'Ocean' (2021), 'Quaranteens' (2022) and split EP with Moon Junior (2024), the band is now ready to release their debut album 'Big Dipper' via indie labels Spinda Records and Backpack Records on the 5th of June 2025.

The band is one of the best-kept secrets of the Central European underground scene, with their sound moving between dreamy, shoegaze-inspired passages and intense bursts of energy. Their music is unapologetically raw, yet sweet -never too serious but always meaningful. With a perfect mix of dreamy melodies, gazy guitars, bumpy basslines and chasing drums, Scott Evil brings a playful edge to their exploration of struggles, nostalgic moments and the chaos of modern life.
